A consolidated version of the Disaster Management Regulations up to 16 April 2020 has been published. Please note these exclude the single amendment on “hot food” published on 20 April 2020.

Besides the massive and excellent fiscal and monetary stimulus packages announced by our President on Tuesday evening, for businesses and individuals, which are to be greatly welcomed, we are also extremely pleased that the President has announced the phased-in opening up of the economy and strong commitment to restructuring of the economy including SOEs.
