For the process of planning an introductory course on the use of UAVs in forestry.
Should you or your colleagues be interested in attending one of these courses please click on this link and complete the form.
We are planning to present at least two courses during the week of 21-25 June 2021, and each course will be maximum of 1.5 days. We will be including presentations from local and international experts in the field, to give participants a good overview of this exciting technology to visualise for better management of our timber resources.
We look forward to hearing from you and please forward this email to your colleagues
Please note: Expression of interest does not imply automatic acceptance to the course, as we are limited to certain numbers due to COVID19 restrictions.
We will consider more courses and other locations depending on interest in those locations.
A cost of between R1000 and R1500 per person will be charged to cover venue and catering – and will be confirmed shortly to those attending.
Please complete the Expression of Interest Survey: Drones in Forestry – by 21 May 2021 (at the latest).
