Adjusted Level 3 Lockdown Regulation

The adjusted level 3 lockdown regulation were published on 11 January 2021 (Gazette No. 44066)

The main changes our members need to take note of include:

• A permit is required to perform a service other than a service related to an activity listed under Table 2 or 33(1)(b), (2) (3)

• Curfew: changed to 9pm-5am. Ending one hour earlier

• Gatherings: social, religious, sporting gatherings remain prohibited

• Travel: 20 land border posts will be closed with limited exemptions

• Businesses: allowed to operate with safety protocols in place but still close by 8pm
