FSA drafts formal letters to support our members during lockdown

FSA has drafted two letters to support our members in their operations during lockdown. The first, is more suitable when engaging with enforcement agencies, as it provides the legislative and political mandate for companies to continue to operate.

The second, provides additional guidance to businesses on the enabling provisions and limitations which apply and should be strictly applied to ensure that our sector operates within the confines of the concessions we have managed to achieve.

We will continue to update members and partners daily, as further changes are made through the PPGI process to the regulatory environment and we will do this using email, FSA’s Telegram channel (please encourage your staff and partners to join), WhatsApp and our website.
